Generating sales leads by qualifying contacts for a textile wholesaler

Problem: A textile wholesaler needed its contact database checking and re-qualifying in preparation for a new marketing campaign 
Outcome: All contacts were telephoned, data checked and qualified, contact data updated and 100 new sales leads were generated  

A client in hotel services was planning an email marketing campaign to promote a new range of products. But its contact database was out of date and required re-qualifying and cleaning, to ensure the emails reached the intended recipients.

We telephoned each entry on the database, covering both English speaking and Portuguese speaking contacts, to identify the type of business, the name of the business owner or manager, their contact details including email address, the website address and office contact details. All data was updated and cleaned. During the calls we also inquired whether the company would be interested in the latest information about our client and their products, which generated over 100 new sales inquiries. 

The client then later used this qualified data to send targeted email campaigns for its new product range, to specific market segments, sure in the knowledge that the emails were reaching the intended recipients and only qualified prospects. The result was a higher than expected volume of serious inquiries and subsequent sales.
